Ordering From My Handbag Shop: Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order.
We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World. Payment: We accept payment by cheques or postal orders. Please make cheques out to "Additions". We also accept PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s Packaging: At My Handbag Shop, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge. Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland) For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent first class but if a buyer requires insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. My Handbag Shop reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Please see SHIPPING page for further details Overseas & non-mainland UK: For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost plus a small fee for packaging, please email us for a quote BEFORE you place your order. Items mailed outside the UK will be sent Airmail small packages. If you should wish insurance, please advise us when you request shipping cost. Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are covered by Proof of Postage insurance, and we will make a claim through Royal Mail after 10 days. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal mail/Parcel force, this can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate. Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. Details and photography: Although we take great care to photograph and describe our items accurately, we cannot be responsible for the variation of computer monitors, or personal interpretation. One person's cream is another's taupe! If in doubt or you need a perfect colour match, please contact us for further clarification, we do understand how important these fine details are. Designer Inspired merchandise: Our products may be comparable in quality and style, but these are NOT the authentic or genuine name brand items. The products we offer are not fake with the company trademarks on them, but are inspired by and comparable to the designer name. Our products are NOT original and we do not represent them to be, nor are they exact copies; as such they do not violate any copyright laws.
