Shipping details

We, at My Handbag Shop, understand that it is great to order on line, not so great to pay big shipping costs.  For that reason, we have added the lst class Royal Mail cost for each item individually to the payment price, along with a small amount to cover our new packaging materials, then you get to pay only what it really costs.

If you should wish to buy a large item and something lightweight, please contact us before checkout, and we will reduce your postage by the smaller amount.  We are sorry, but heavy items are posted separately and we cannot reduce these costs.

We post all items next working day, Monday to Friday, once payment has cleared.  All items are wrapped with loving care, posted 1st class with Proof of Postage.  Please be aware that although parcels should arrive next day, and most do, you should allow 5 working day before contacting us, and Royal Mail will not allow a clain until 10 days have elapsed. We can arrange insurance or recorded delivery at extra cost, please mention this BEFORE checkout.

IF YOU ARE AN OVERSEAS BUYER, WE ARE DELIGHTED YOU HAVE FOUND US, AND ARE ONLY TOO HAPPY TO POST WORLDWIDE.  PLEASE EMAIL US FOR YOUR SHIPPING COST, WHICH, AS WITH UK POSTAGE,  WE KEEP TO THE MINIMUM CHARGED BY ROYAL MAIL FOR SMALL PACKAGES, PLUS A SMALL AMOUNT FOR PACKING MATERIALS.

RETURNS

If you should wish to return your item, you may do so within 14 days, providing it is unused and in the same condition that it was received.  Please email that you are returning the item and post it asap 1st class, with free proof of postage, if possible in the mailer it arrived in.  Please also put your receipt in the parcel.  A refund will be made, excluding postage costs, in keeping with payment method. 

If a parcel should be returned to us because you have not collected it from your local sorting office, a further postal charge will be made before we can re-ship it.
